Former Health Ministry Secretary Chandragupta arrested

Former Secretary to the Health Ministry Janaka Chandragupta, who arrived at the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) this morning (26) to record a statement regarding the alleged procurement of substandard drugs, has been arrested by the Bribery Commission.
